Requirements
- Proven experience developing production-grade data applications or internal platforms using Python
- Strong hands-on expertise in data engineering, including ETL pipelines and API integrations
- Practical experience working with AI/LLM APIs such as Anthropic or OpenAI
- Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud-based deployment
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Streamlit or Plotly
- Experience with enterprise authentication protocols including OAuth2, SAML, and Azure AD/Entra ID
- Strong understanding of data privacy, governance, and compliance
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Highly autonomous mindset
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the HR analytics and reporting infrastructure
- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, API integrations, and secure data architectures
- Build and optimize AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation tools
- Develop practical AI applications leveraging LLM APIs
- Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and IT teams
- Drive adoption of AI and data literacy initiatives
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and governance standards
- Partner with leadership to align the People Technology roadmap
