Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in M365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Copilot.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Proven experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations and enterprise transformation.
- Experience with Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Ability to design cost estimation and effort models.
- Exposure to pre-sales and solution architecture discussions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant split and migration projects.
- Architect, design, and implement solutions across M365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
- Manage migrations across OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
- Provide solution design using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Deliver pre-sales support including RFP responses and effort estimation.
- Oversee M365 administration, configuration, and Copilot enablement.
- Maintain technical documentation for architecture and migration processes.
