Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with TOTVS RM systems, especially backoffice modules, including support, implementation, or configuration.
- Knowledge of visual formulas, metadata configuration, and parametrization within TOTVS RM.
- Strong experience with SQL Server for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with system integrations and Web Services.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance, evolution, and implementation of TOTVS RM backoffice modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Perform system parametrizations, creation of visual formulas, metadata configuration, and other RM artifacts to improve business processes.
- Develop and maintain SQL Server queries to support technical analysis and operational demands.
- Contribute to system integrations and automation of routines across internal platforms and external services.
- Collaborate with business areas to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in digital transformation and system evolution projects focused on backoffice processes.
- Work closely with technical and business teams in a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented manner.
