Job Details

3–6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles, preferably in technical or platform-focused environments.
Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
Experience working with product metrics, system monitoring, or operational performance tracking.
Proven ability to manage multiple product areas simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with external vendors, partners, or clients in a technical integration context.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own execution and delivery across Data Services and External Integrations, including APIs and data exchange systems supporting real estate workflows.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and well-tested integration solutions across internal and external systems.
Define, track, and analyze key product and system performance metrics, including latency, throughput, error rates, and operational health.
Monitor system behavior and proactively identify anomalies, degradation, or risks, coordinating resolution with engineering and operations teams.
Manage relationships with third-party data providers and technical partners, ensuring SLA compliance, data quality, and integration stability.
Support customer onboarding and integration processes in collaboration with sales and implementation teams.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing workflows across product and partner ecosystems.
