Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis within fintech, financial services, or high-growth technology environments.
- Experience working with financial products such as trading systems, payments, lending, custody, brokerage, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of financial workflows including onboarding, transaction processing, settlement, or compliance processes.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
- Ability to translate complex financial, technical, or regulatory requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, business, compliance, and external partners.
- Proven ability to write detailed user stories, process flows, and product documentation that guide execution.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., FINRA, SEC) is a plus.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in fast-evolving product environments.
Responsibilities
- Own product features end-to-end, from discovery through launch, across trading, onboarding, custody, and brokerage workflows.
- Translate business, technical, and regulatory needs into clear BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term platform scalability.
- Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment with engineering and design teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external financial partners to ensure clear requirements, timelines, and successful product delivery.
- Maintain structured and traceable documentation in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Track product performance metrics, analyze adoption data, and use insights to guide iteration and prioritization.
- Support product testing, release cycles, and user onboarding documentation including guides and release notes.
- Act as a key point of contact for product-related questions involving trading, settlement, custody, and compliance workflows.
