Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles.
- Domain expertise in fraud prevention, data analytics, statistical modeling, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Proven experience in B2B product environments.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into product decisions.
- Experience managing full product lifecycles and capital investment projects.
- Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and roadmap execution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of product managers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance coaching.
- Define and execute the product portfolio strategy for fraud analytics solutions.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, including customer discovery, experimentation, roadmap definition, and delivery.
- Translate customer, market, and business insights into prioritized product initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee product performance tracking, including revenue, cost, profitability, and key metrics.
- Lead go-to-market activities in partnership with sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product and team performance.
- Guide build-versus-buy decisions and contribute to long-term product strategy.
