Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles.
  • Domain expertise in fraud prevention, data analytics, statistical modeling, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
  • Proven experience in B2B product environments.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into product decisions.
  • Experience managing full product lifecycles and capital investment projects.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and roadmap execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of product managers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance coaching.
  • Define and execute the product portfolio strategy for fraud analytics solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, including customer discovery, experimentation, roadmap definition, and delivery.
  • Translate customer, market, and business insights into prioritized product initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee product performance tracking, including revenue, cost, profitability, and key metrics.
  • Lead go-to-market activities in partnership with sales, marketing, and support teams.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product and team performance.
  • Guide build-versus-buy decisions and contribute to long-term product strategy.
