Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Significant focus on building and scaling platforms.
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying ML models and AI systems in production.
- Background in platform engineering including reusable services and APIs.
- Full-stack proficiency across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with agent-based systems.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and observability tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy, planning, and roadmap for our AI platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain a robust and scalable AI platform.
- Manage intelligent agents to automate tasks in development, testing, and CI/CD.
- Take full ownership of AI initiatives from ideation to deployment and support.
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor to other engineers.
- Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to address customer escalations.
