Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related Science or technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in engineering design and/or project leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Adobe software for creating/modifying PDF files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple demands and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to document, plan, market and manage programs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to develop and present product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations.
- Accountable for on-time delivery of design products within budget.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal engineering teams, business leaders, project managers and stakeholders.
- Interface with external partners, customers, and regulatory agencies on technical issues.
- Build estimates, schedules, manage change orders and responses to Corrective Actions.
- Coordinate engineering interfaces and drive timely resolution of technical project issues.
- Support the planning, organization, and management of technical activities/tasks.
- Support the management of external resources to ensure quality and cost positions.
- Support commercial and marketing opportunities.
- Protect Intellectual Property rights and ensure nuclear safety and compliance.
