Responsibilities
- Design/build scalable data pipelines on GCP
- Develop and optimize data models using BigQuery and dbt
- Build/manage real-time and batch processing via Kafka pipelines
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
- Support migration of legacy systems
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Platform Engineers, and Analytics teams
- Enable self-service data capabilities
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability
- Optimize performance and cost
- Contribute to governance and engineering standards
