Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Professional phone presence for making calls to borrowers and lenders.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 11am–7pm Eastern (40 hours/week).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple files.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com or similar CRM/task management boards.
  • Basic understanding of loan file components and lender conditions.
  • Experience in document coordination and pipeline tracking.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable WFH setup: Computer (8GB RAM, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher), internet (min 40MBPS), noise-cancelling headset, webcam, and backup systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Request, collect, and track borrower documents such as IDs, income/asset docs, and disclosures.
  • Assemble and submit complete, compliant loan packages to underwriters and lenders.
  • Update and maintain loan pipeline and status in Monday.com.
  • Log submissions and milestones via lender portals and email.
  • Track and clear loan conditions by coordinating with borrowers and the internal team.
  • Communicate file updates effectively between borrowers, lenders, and the internal processing team.
  • Collaborate with the broker/owner to align on daily priorities.
  • Follow established SOPs and lender requirements while maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance speed and accuracy.
