Requirements
- Strong experience with JavaScript and modern web development.
- Experience building applications using React and/or Next.js.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive development, and SCSS/Sass.
- Experience maintaining legacy frontend systems using vanilla JavaScript and jQuery.
- Experience working with templating systems such as Liquid or similar technologies.
- Comfortable working in environments where code is edited directly within CMS or platform interfaces.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
- Experience with Webpack, Gulp, or similar build tooling.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience implementing cross-browser compatible interfaces.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and modern development practices.
- Experience working with Figma design files.
Responsibilities
- Implement features across Next.js and React applications, connecting frontend components with backend APIs and services.
- Develop and maintain CMS-driven websites and components, working with Storyblok or similar headless CMS platforms.
- Maintain and enhance platform-based websites where templates, styles, and scripts are edited directly through CMS or platform interfaces.
- Work with vanilla JavaScript and jQuery when maintaining legacy codebases or marketing platforms.
- Implement and maintain integrations including Stripe payments, email platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Ensure responsive, mobile-first development and perform cross-browser / cross-device testing.
- Assist with database queries and schema updates using Prisma.
- Debug production issues and improve reliability, performance, accessibility, and SEO metadata.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior engineers to deliver polished UI/UX.
