- Demonstrated experience managing people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with AI tools and identifying AI use cases for project efficiency.
- Working knowledge of public education trends and K-12 systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep facilitation experience with various stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in building compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and provide constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects and client relationships for funders, school districts, and state education agencies.
- Develop and maintain project workplans, monitor budgets, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Design and facilitate client meetings based on adult learning principles.
- Synthesize complex research and data into actionable client reports and presentations.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth and inclusive collaboration.
- Provide strategic advisory services on instructional systems, strategic staffing, or career pathways.
- Integrate and advise clients on the strategic use of Artificial Intelligence in education systems.
- Collaborate on tool development and knowledge management to assess and address client needs.
