Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, advertising analytics, or marketing measurement roles.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization on large datasets.
  • Strong experience in advertising campaign analysis, audience segmentation, attribution, and media performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Experience with Python or R for data automation, statistical analysis, and scalable reporting workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and data quality control methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Unix-based systems, regex, and structured data workflows.
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience or strong interest in AI-enabled analytics tools is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visualizations to monitor advertising performance, audience delivery, and inventory measurement.
  • Analyze complex datasets including audience behavior, reach and frequency, geographic performance, and venue-level engagement.
  • Deliver in-flight pacing insights, post-campaign performance reports, and optimization recommendations for ongoing campaigns.
  • Integrate and reconcile internal data with third-party measurement platforms such as Nielsen, MRI-Simmons, NMI, and iSpot.
  • Automate recurring reporting workflows and improve scalability and data quality across analytics processes.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Ad Operations teams to troubleshoot data issues and improve data architecture.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify revenue opportunities, pricing insights, and long-term client growth potential.
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, client-facing narratives for commercial and executive stakeholders.
  • Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate insights generation, reporting, and documentation processes.
