Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in building statistical and machine learning models.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
- Solid understanding of machine learning and statistical techniques (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods).
- Experience with model deployment tools (Airflow, Docker) and cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Plotly, Flask, Streamlit).
- Experience working in client-facing or business-partner-facing roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Exposure to pricing, promotion analytics, or marketing mix modeling is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, big data tools, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models, simulations, and optimization frameworks to solve complex business problems and support revenue-impacting decisions.
- Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to build scalable inferential and predictive solutions across pricing, promotions, and marketing analytics domains.
- Own end-to-end analytics delivery including data extraction, preprocessing, feature engineering, modeling, validation, and stakeholder-ready presentations.
- Conduct model evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure accuracy, scalability, and business relevance of deployed solutions.
- Work with large-scale datasets using SQL and distributed data systems to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and deliver data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to business stakeholders across regions.
- Collaborate closely with global business teams to define problem statements, scope analytical solutions, and ensure business alignment of outcomes.
