Proven experience in full stack development using Node.js, Python, or Java for backend development.

Develop and maintain full stack features across frontend and backend within a modular monolithic system architecture.
Design, build, and maintain REST APIs for integration with ERP, CRM, banking, and other external systems.
Create web interfaces, dashboards, portals, and internal applications to support business operations.
Implement business rules and automate workflows to improve efficiency and operational processes.
Ensure code quality through standardization and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Support integration initiatives involving artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Contribute to system evolution with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
