Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing system integrations using an iPaaS or middleware platform.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, authentication methods, and data transformation concepts.
- Experience working in implementation or consulting environments with multiple concurrent projects.
- Comfort with AI and demonstrated ability to explore/adopt firm-approved AI tools.
- Continuous learning mindset regarding emerging technologies and automation.
- Preferred: NetSuite SuiteScript development experience (1.0 / 2.x).
- Preferred: Experience with EDI, SFTP, or SQL.
- Preferred: Experience integrating NetSuite with platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, or Avalara.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between systems using iPaaS tools such as Boomi, Celigo, Workato, or MuleSoft.
- Develop real-time and scheduled integrations supporting use cases such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, billing, financials, and master data synchronization.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical integration designs.
- Produce and maintain integration design documentation, data mappings, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement for existing integrations.
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients.
