Requirements
- Higher education degree completed.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and product/service environments.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and agile delivery environments (Scrum and Lean Startup).
- Ability to model business needs using maps, diagrams, user stories, and structured documentation.
- Hands-on experience with facilitation techniques such as Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and UX Design.
- Knowledge of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) concepts and agile requirement practices.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions.
- Experience working closely with stakeholders, users, and development teams in complex environments.
- Certifications such as ECBA (IIBA) or CPRE are considered highly valuable.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and facilitation skills, with a user-centered mindset.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and meetings to identify, map, and structure business needs into clear and actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to analyze requirements and translate them into user stories and system requirements for sprint execution.
- Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Support development teams during sprint execution, contributing directly to backlog refinement and task clarification.
- Uncover underlying business needs beyond explicit requests, ensuring solutions address real user problems and value creation opportunities.
- Apply agile methodologies and business analysis practices to support MVP definition, product evolution, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the understanding of business processes, systems, and rules to ensure effective solution design.
- Manage and prioritize own workload, proactively communicating delays or risks to the team.
