Requirements

- Expertise in designing and developing scalable distributed systems.
- Experience building genomics tertiary analysis software.
- Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, laboratory, or data security).
- Strong technical background in software architecture and cloud-based development.
- Proven experience managing remote or geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow high-performing distributed software engineering teams focused on delivering scalable genomics analysis solutions across multiple product lines.
- Provide technical leadership for architecture, software design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, estimate efforts, and ensure project execution.
- Drive engineering excellence including quality assurance, security, compliance, and performance.
- Oversee release planning and deployment coordination.
- Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to meet operational requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop engineering team members.
- Facilitate communication and resolve project risks.
- Contribute to audit readiness and compliance standards.
