Requirements
- Knowledge of compliance, risk management, or safeguarding concepts.
- Familiarity with international development or humanitarian contexts.
- Knowledge of donor compliance requirements, particularly USG-funded programs.
- Familiarity with INGO operating environments.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint Lists, Teams).
- Strong planning and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the global implementation of Partner Safeguarding Compliance Program.
- Translate global compliance/safeguarding strategies into operational guidance.
- Coordinate routine compliance and safeguarding monitoring activities.
- Administer assigned compliance programs (USG TiP and Subrecipient Audits).
- Contribute to risk and compliance reporting and data dashboards.
- Serve as a point of coordination between GRC team and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes.
- Support administration of Host Government Tax USG Reporting Procedure.
