- Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
- Maintain detailed records of travel bookings, confirmations, and client communications
- Provide support to travelers before and during their trips as needed
- Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
- Ensure clients receive clear travel details and itinerary information prior to departure
