Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions.
- Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production.
- Strong programming skills in Python (OOP, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Expertise in deploying solutions in AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge in applying LLMs (AI agents, semantic search, RAG).
- High proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Consulting experience with direct interaction with clients.
- Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles (GitHub/Actions).
- Familiarity with MLOps, Kubernetes and Docker.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and validation of Machine Learning solutions.
- Lead the design of AI solution architectures.
- Research, test and select the best tools and technologies.
- Translate business problems into data science problems.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of data pipelines and workflows.
- Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Prioritize and control tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework.
