- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Experience contributing to epic-level planning and technical scope
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Experience building APIs with Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS
- Strong understanding of software design, data structures, and algorithms
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in data-driven environments is an asset

Responsibilities
- Participate actively in epic planning, sprint scoping, and roadmap discussions
- Own features end-to-end, including requirements breakdown, implementation, testing, and delivery
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define scope and refine backlog items
- Work closely with ML engineering and data teams to integrate data-driven capabilities
- Build and maintain APIs, services, and user-facing interfaces
- Analyze product and user data to guide improvements
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices
- Support rapid prototyping and production-grade development
