Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic innovation agenda aligned with enterprise priorities and long-term growth objectives
- Analyze market dynamics, emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and healthcare trends to inform strategy development
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to evaluate opportunities and shape differentiated go-to-market and innovation strategies
- Identify and assess emerging clinical, scientific, and technological areas tied to unmet needs and future growth potential
- Support technology scouting, biomarker evaluation, literature reviews, and IP landscape analysis to inform investment decisions
- Build and maintain portfolio analytics, performance metrics, and KPI frameworks to support data-driven decision-making
- Deliver executive-level insights, recommendations, and strategic narratives to senior leadership
- Influence enterprise decision-making on innovation priorities, portfolio investments, and strategic direction
