Requirements
- Board certified MD or DO, ideally in internal medicine or family medicine
- Two+ years post residency
- Experience in longitudinal, continuity of care models
- Unrestricted medical license
- Strong interest in, and passion for, mental health
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable using technology to deliver care virtually
- Able to dedicate 20 hours total across 3-5 days per week
Responsibilities
- Practice comprehensive, virtual mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments
- Conduct mental health risk assessments and evaluations
- Document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe medication using custom-built mental health EHR
- Consult with team psychiatrist and peers in regular 1:1 and group consultation
