Requirements

  • 2+ years editing video ads for DTC / ecommerce brands (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience editing UGC and creator-style ads for Meta and TikTok
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
  • A reel or portfolio of ecom video ads you've personally edited
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic and a track record of hitting deadlines without being chased
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy environment with quick revision cycles

Responsibilities

  • Produce video ad content from creative briefs across UGC, product demos, testimonials, and branded ad formats
  • Edit raw UGC and creator footage into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ads built for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Maintain brand consistency across motion, color grading, audio, and on-screen typography
  • Iterate quickly on internal and client revisions based on structured feedback
  • Hit every delivery deadline within established SLAs
  • Help build and maintain a reusable library of UGC hooks, product demo templates, stock footage, and music assets
  • Perform quality control checks on spelling, audio sync, branding, cuts, and pacing
