Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .Net, Java, or Python.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience with JIRA or Bugzilla for defect tracking.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, schedules, and approaches.
- Write and execute test cases and scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Document and communicate test results and resolve complex problems.
- Create daily test metrics and reporting.
- Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Mentor and guide junior testers.
- Conduct walk-throughs with project stakeholders.
