  • Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Webflow, and AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills with a strong appreciation for content quality and brand messaging.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, paid media strategies, email marketing, and performance marketing best practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach and strong client-focused communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation and brand awareness campaigns designed to increase qualified leads, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Manage omnichannel marketing initiatives across SEO, PPC, content marketing, email campaigns, paid media, social media, website copy, and text-based communication channels.
  • Build and maintain marketing content calendars to ensure timely campaign execution and alignment across teams and platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using CRM systems, analytics tools, and reporting platforms to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and SEO teams to strengthen organic search visibility and support sustainable customer acquisition efforts.
  • Create and refine compelling marketing copy, landing pages, and campaign messaging that align with brand standards and customer journey objectives.
  • Identify performance gaps, troubleshoot campaign challenges, and implement strategic improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and campaign quality across all deliverables and customer touchpoints.
