Requirements
- No prior entrepreneurial experience or business ideas required.
- Do not currently operate a business or have an established company.
- Willingness to put existing business ideas aside during the program.
- Strong sense of curiosity and internal motivation.
- Comfortable working in high uncertainty and complex environments.
- Open to deep self-reflection and personal development.
- Commitment to a long-term business building process.
Responsibilities
- Engage in an IFD (Individual Exploration) process as a prerequisite to investment consideration.
- Participate in deep conversations and reflections on personal background and career choices.
- Commit 1-2 hours per week to online sessions.
- Collaborate with a Reapra mentor and community over a 4-9 month period.
- Work on developing a business that addresses long-term systemic issues with profitability.
