Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Ruby, Scala, R, SQL, or Go.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features.
- Proficiency with automated testing and debugging techniques.
- Experience using Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to remedy architecture-level concerns (scalability, security, reliability).
- Experience influencing stakeholders and balancing technical needs.
- Ability to mentor and provide effective feedback.
- Knowledge of MLOps, Data Engineering, DevSecOps, or Infrastructure as Code is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Make immediate contributions to projects and build client trust.
- Balance technology choices with high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
- Contribute to architecture and software design discussions.
