Requirements
- 5-8+ years professional experience in relevant technology and projects
- Deep expertise in developing and maintaining end-to-end test frameworks using Selenium or Playwright
- Expertise using Selenium or Playwright with C# and .NET
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
- Experience setting up a test automation framework from scratch
- Experience presenting to client stakeholders
- Experience with coaching and mentoring
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Enhance team capacity to deliver stories by end of sprint
- Ensure Core Values are reflected within the project and QA teams
- Perform automated and API testing for complex applications
- Locate and document edge cases and assess risks
- Document plans for anticipated risks and blockers
- Serve as a technical SME in the sprint
- Conduct recruiting interviews and analyze candidates
- Present testing plans, metrics, and insights during sprint reviews
