Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of progressive electronic health records (EHR) support and implementation
- 3+ years of direct clinical information systems and stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience with SaaS managed EHR solutions
- Experience collaborating with clinical teams or operational leaders
- Strong communication, analysis, and coordination skills
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust (MBI/T2 clearance)
- Ability to travel up to 50% to VA client sites
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize discovery activities at hospitals, clinics, and shared service sites.
- Perform post-discovery analysis to identify functional and clinical requirements and evaluate capability gaps.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, and functional stakeholders.
- Serve as an intermediary between technical teams and clinical stakeholders.
- Support User Readiness Assessments, data collection, and build activities.
- Facilitate workflow validation, testing, training, and adoption events.
- Document lessons learned to strengthen future implementations.
