Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal English and Polish communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience creating Technical Design Documents, Configuration Specifications, and installation or validation-related documentation.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GxP) and documentation standards.
- Ability to gather and translate technical input into accurate documentation.
- Experience supporting documentation for change management processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Confluence and Jira.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF.
- Experience with EDMS systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Author and maintain technical regulated documentation for application development.
- Create and maintain information architecture, templates, metadata and single sourcing/reuse strategies.
- Produce validation supporting technical content based on approved business requirements.
- Provide technical documentation inputs for Change Management.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Validation and DevOps teams to gather accurate technical details.
- Work embedded in Agile teams and support sprint planning/estimations.
- Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and audit readiness.
- Manage full lifecycle documentation and support audits/inspections.
- Handle multiple concurrent projects (e.g., 5+).
