Responsibilities

  • Classify and process invoices, financial documents, and payment entries within internal systems and banking platforms.
  • Prepare and manage various financial and accounting entries related to accounts payable activities.
  • Execute supplier payment routines while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Monitor and perform bank reconciliations to maintain consistency between financial records and transactions.
  • Support monthly financial and accounting closing activities, contributing to organized and reliable reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth financial operations and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
