Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, Excel, and SQL for reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation.
- Experience working with large datasets across multiple systems and business environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics tools and platforms such as Azure Databricks, Azure ML, Synapse, or Data Factory.
- Knowledge of Python, pandas, PySpark, or related data processing tools is highly desirable.
- Exposure to machine learning concepts, model development, or time-series forecasting is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain analytics, or operational analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, remote work environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets from multiple business systems to generate meaningful insights and support operational decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business performance tracking.
- Support day-to-day analytics, ad hoc reporting requests, and performance analysis initiatives across business functions.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems and analytical outputs.
- Support fast-paced analytical projects involving forecasting, trend analysis, and operational performance measurement.
- Work with cloud-based data environments and analytics platforms to support scalable reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, data quality standards, and analytical methodologies.
- Assist in interpreting complex datasets and presenting findings in a clear, business-friendly format.
