Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in building AI-enabled production systems at scale
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, including experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js or React
- Hands-on experience with machine learning workflows and MLOps practices in production environments
- Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI model integration is highly desirable
- Ability to debug and solve complex technical problems across backend, frontend, and ML systems
- Strong product intuition and experience contributing to systems with meaningful user adoption or scale
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguous requirements and evolving priorities
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Responsibilities
- Work with product and engineering teams to prototype, design, and experiment with new AI-driven features across observability and analytics workflows
- Build and integrate backend and frontend components while working directly with LLMs, ML models, and AI services to deliver production-ready features
- Productionize and maintain AI-powered capabilities within core platform systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and customer value
- Apply prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and inference optimization techniques to improve AI performance and usability
- Stay current with emerging AI, LLM, and machine learning trends and translate them into practical product improvements
- Participate in on-call rotations and support production systems as needed to ensure high availability and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
