Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or related fields from an accredited institution; alternatively, a degree in another field combined with a postgraduate specialization in Software Engineering or Software Development.
- Strong professional experience with Flutter and NodeJS development.
- Solid knowledge of REST API integration and backend communication.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL databases, preferably version 15.12.
- Familiarity with UML and software modeling techniques.
- Experience with continuous integration workflows and automated build tools.
- Knowledge of version control systems and configuration management practices.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2).
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and software quality practices.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a systems-oriented mindset.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical information into effective solutions.
- Collaborative attitude and adaptability to changing project needs and environments.
- Commitment to software quality, security, and reliable delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality mobile and backend applications using Flutter and NodeJS.
- Design software components and contribute to scalable and maintainable application architectures.
- Write clean, efficient, and secure code following current development standards and best practices.
- Perform unit testing and contribute to ensuring application reliability, stability, and performance.
- Design and maintain logical and physical data models aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize system integrations, APIs, and database structures.
- Support continuous integration processes, automated builds, and deployment workflows.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2 and data protection/security guidelines.
- Maintain traceability and quality standards through version control and structured delivery processes.
- Contribute to technical discussions, problem-solving initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
