Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly in agile environments.
- Proven experience working on AI products, understanding the unique challenges they present.
- A track record of taking AI features from concept to production, refining based on real-world data.
- Experience managing complex multi-agent systems in a production context.
- Ability to establish observability measures and track product performance post-launch.
- Strong prototyping skills and comfort with modern AI-assisted tools.
- Proficiency in writing clear user stories and managing intricate backlogs.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders across levels.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive day-to-day delivery with engineering, facilitating user story writing and backlog management.
- Lead the AI platform roadmap in collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
- Create prototypes and execute A/B tests to refine product ideas before entering the roadmap.
- Coordinate effectively among engineering, product teams, and leadership to ensure alignment.
- Champion security, trust, and data governance in the platform's design.
- Manage agile tools and processes to maintain project momentum and track delivery.
- Work alongside domain PMs to validate platform capabilities through experimental prototypes.
