5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to articulate value proposition and technical advantages
Technical mindset and desire to grow technically
Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills
Experience with Open Source technologies (preferred)
Experience in the Metrics/Monitoring space (preferred)
Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC (preferred)

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities
Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and competitive landscape
Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and contribute to enablement material
