- Solid CS fundamentals (data structures, design patterns, system design).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build full stack features end-to-end.
- Lead with an AI-first mindset leveraging AI tooling throughout development.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable code with focus on performance.
- Identify and drive improvements to development workflow and tooling.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design departments.
- Contribute to architectural decisions.
- Define standards for AI-assisted development across the team.
