Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technology and projects
- Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Extensive experience in building server-side applications using Node.js
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
- Experience managing DevOps pipelines
- Proven ability to act as a technical lead to a development team
- Experience presenting to client stakeholders
- Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Enhance team capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint
- Ensure that Core Values are living and breathing throughout the project team
- Develop features requiring a novel technical design
- Act as a mentor to more junior developers through collaboration and code reviews
- Document plans for anticipated risks and blockers
- Serve as technical SME in the sprint managing pipelines and environments
- Present technical and sprint demos during review meetings
