Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering with strong full-stack depth.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React (or similar modern frontend frameworks).
- Experience in Backend API development (Node.js or similar).
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Strong understanding of system design and modern architectures (microservices, event-driven systems).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT).
- Strong perspective on validating AI-generated code.
- Proven experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and observability tools.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Experience working within distributed teams.
- Fluent English level.
Responsibilities
- Contribute across the stack while driving the adoption of AI-assisted development workflows.
- Help teams shift toward better planning, AI-assisted code generation, and stronger validation practices.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (shift-left), and observability.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to improve delivery speed and overall output quality.
- Coach and mentor engineers, guiding them toward full-stack proficiency and AI-enabled workflows.
- Challenge assumptions and timelines with strong technical reasoning.
- Promote cross-stack collaboration across web, mobile, and backend teams.
