Requirements

  • Experience in Client Success / Account Management / BD / Sales in fintech, payments, PSP, or acquiring
  • Strong understanding of merchant needs and payment flows (settlements, methods, setup)
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to work with performance data
  • Commercial mindset with focus on growth and revenue opportunities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and act as a central coordination point
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
  • English B2+ and fluent Russian

Responsibilities

  • Managing merchant relationships end-to-end as the main point of contact
  • Driving account growth through retention, upsell, and optimization
  • Analyzing performance metrics (traffic, volumes, conversion) and identifying opportunities
  • Delivering reporting, forecasting, and actionable business insights
  • Coordinating cross-functional work (compliance, legal, tech, ops, partnerships)
  • Supporting onboarding, launches, and ongoing client operations
  • Contributing to new business opportunities and parts of the commercial cycle
  • Preparing tailored proposals and supporting deal development
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking
