- 5+ years of total development experience.
- 3+ years of experience focusing on Node.JS/TypeScript with AWS.
- Advanced understanding of web architecture.
- Functional understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated desire to assist and mentor team members.
- Strong passion for emerging technologies and best practices.
- Ability to balance conviction with commitment to team decisions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in morning meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Conduct requirements analysis and design conversations.
- Manage and resolve issues using Jira.
- Build and deploy systems using CloudFormation and Serverless templates.
- Refine delivery processes and suggest new design methodologies.
- Learn best practices in NodeJS, TypeScript, and Python communities.
- Collaborate with mentors to expand knowledge of AWS services.
