Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience with coordinated modeling and construction documentation.
- Exposure to coordination processes or field-related activities.
- Technical understanding of Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, or Low Voltage systems.
- Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and model review.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workloads across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Own discipline-specific deliverables and lead small projects.
- Design systems, prepare drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design partners.
- Support delivery of larger projects under senior engineer mentorship.
- Contribute discipline scope input for pursuits and proposal coordination.
- Maintain organized project documentation in Revit, GitHub, and Asana.
- Participate in project meetings, site walks, and construction support.
- Improve team practices through documentation updates and tool development.
