  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • B2B SaaS experience (preferred).
  • Salesforce experience (plus).
  • Asana Project Management experience (plus).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive email strategy across the full funnel.
  • Create and manage triggered and personalized campaign flows.
  • Write compelling email copy and edit content from team members.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to segment email lists.
  • Plan, create, and launch promotional, transactional, and triggered campaigns.
  • Oversee growth and maintenance of email lists including compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze email performance metrics and ROI.
  • Design and implement A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and optimize email production schedules and deployment workflows.
