- HubSpot certification.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- B2B SaaS experience (preferred).
- Salesforce experience (plus).
- Asana Project Management experience (plus).
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive email strategy across the full funnel.
- Create and manage triggered and personalized campaign flows.
- Write compelling email copy and edit content from team members.
- Utilize data-driven insights to segment email lists.
- Plan, create, and launch promotional, transactional, and triggered campaigns.
- Oversee growth and maintenance of email lists including compliance.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics and ROI.
- Design and implement A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and optimize email production schedules and deployment workflows.
