Requirements
- Client-facing consulting experience, including delivering AI Readiness Assessments and strategic gap analyses.
- Proven risk management expertise in technology or data-driven environments.
- Policy writing and compliance auditing skills, with experience producing enforceable policies.
- Deep familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and the operational lifecycle of AI models.
- Strong working knowledge of the EU AI Act, including classification tiers and provider obligations.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex controls to developers and regulators alike.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for clients through dedicated consulting engagements, conducting billable AI Readiness Assessments and building custom AI Risk Management Frameworks.
- Translate high-level regulations (such as the EU AI Act) into practical, actionable guidance for clients.
- Build out an ISO 42001 (AIMS) framework leveraging existing ISO 27001 certification.
- Align AI risk management workflows with established ISO 27001 risk treatment plans.
- Lead internal audits spanning the intersection of information security and AI governance.
- Map ISO 42001 controls against existing ISO 27001 controls to identify synergies and close compliance gaps.
- Champion data quality and system transparency by institutionalising rigorous standards for dataset lineage and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security and governance principles directly into AI design and development.
- Partner with Sales and Tech teams to demonstrate how ISO 42001 and ISO 27001 alignment positions the company as a trusted provider.
