Job Details

7+ years of experience in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering.
Strong proficiency in Golang.
Experience building large-scale distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients such as Geth.
Proven track record of architecting and delivering high-performance, production-grade systems.
Strong understanding of system scalability, latency optimization, and resource efficiency.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent.
Ability to independently evaluate and apply AI/ML approaches within distributed systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with MEV, PBS, parallel execution models, or high-performance runtime architectures.
Open-source blockchain contributions or protocol-level engineering experience.

Design and deliver next-generation scalability solutions including throughput optimization and execution architectures.
Lead protocol initiatives related to proposer-builder separation (PBS) and MEV mitigation.
Develop parallelized transaction execution models within EVM-based environments.
Drive low-latency transaction experiences through pre-confirmation mechanisms and finality solutions.
Build and optimize core blockchain infrastructure and Ethereum-compatible clients.
Explore specialized execution pathways for payment-focused use cases.
Collaborate with research, security, and infrastructure teams to deploy upgrades.
Apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping and performance analysis.
Mentor engineers and establish high standards for system design and code quality.
Evaluate and integrate AI/ML techniques for protocol observability and predictive optimization.
