Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing systems like UNIX, Windows, Network Storage.
- At least 5 years of experience in litigation support applications (e.g., Oracle, Relativity, iPro, Concordance).
- Experience designing, installing, and integrating systems in complex environments.
- Experience with large systems with a complex mix of OS and functions.
- At least one year of experience setting up large-scale database management applications.
- Experience with storage planning, performance capacity planning, and business process analysis.
- Knowledge of Government IT environments, security requirements, and network databases.
- Must have experience with Relativity and SQL server version 2012 and later.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions such as Relativity, iPro, CaseMap.
- Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) leveraging on-premise and AWS cloud platforms.
- Maintain external access to ALS tools including identity and access management for external stakeholders.
- Perform system maintenance including backups, restore operations, software updates, and performance tuning.
- Produce and update system diagrams, administrator guides, and end user documentation.
- Provide weekly reports on system health, performance, and project status.
