Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP implementation projects and AMS supporting modules PS, PP, PM, QM, APM, or PLM.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams for requirements and incidents.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on service requests with development and support teams.
- Provide continuous feedback to users regarding ticket progress and resolution status.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality standards.
- Analyze incidents and diagnose system issues to ensure stability.
- Propose and lead process improvement and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and support standards.
