Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex digital or platform products.
- Proven experience building and scaling payments or fintech products in production environments.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including processors, gateways, settlement flows, and payment facilitators.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional engineering and design teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and prioritization.
- Experience presenting product strategy and performance metrics to senior leadership or executive audiences.
- Familiarity with APIs, data-driven systems, and large-scale platform architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience with product tools such as Jira and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and platform growth goals.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, epics, and user stories in partnership with engineering and design teams.
- Oversee payment gateway, processor, and payment facilitator integrations, ensuring reliable and scalable transaction flows.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across adoption, revenue, reliability, and customer experience.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Support go-to-market planning, including pricing inputs, launch strategies, and adoption initiatives.
- Present product strategy, roadmap progress, and performance insights to executive stakeholders.
